At Hacxad Car Rentals, we are committed to providing transparent policies and reliable customer service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for bookings made through www.hacxad.com.

General Guidelines

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy associated with the specific rental vehicle and location.
  • Hacxad Car Rentals acts as an intermediary between you and the vehicle providers and cannot guarantee refunds unless authorized by the supplier or rental partner.

Eligibility for Refunds

Car Rentals:

  • Refunds for canceled car rentals are subject to the cancellation window selected at the time of booking.
  • Fully refundable bookings must be canceled at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time (depending on the vehicle provider).
  • Non-refundable bookings or bookings canceled after the allowed cancellation window will not be eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • No-shows
  • Early returns
  • Unused rental days

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days from the date of confirmation by the rental partner.
  • Delays may occur due to bank processing times or third-party provider timelines.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Service fees, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges collected by Hacxad are non-refundable.
  • Any partial refund issued will be calculated after deducting these fees.

No-Show and Late Cancellations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Customers who fail to show up at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellations made outside the permitted cancellation window.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel or modify bookings in time based on the terms provided during booking.

Disputed Charges

If you notice unauthorized charges or discrepancies on your payment statement, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your booking reference number and transaction details.

Force Majeure

Refunds may not be issued in cases where your rental is impacted by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest or protests
  • Strikes
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Government-imposed travel restrictions or bans

Each case will be reviewed individually and subject to vehicle provider policies and approval.

Changes to the Policy

Hacxad Car Rentals reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page and will include an updated effective date.
