3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the applicable policy and may take up to 14 business days.
• Hacxad Car Rentals may charge a cancellation fee or modification fee, where applicable.

4. Driver Requirements and Responsibility

• All renters must present a valid driver’s license. In some cases, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required.
• Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Hacxad Car Rentals is not liable for any accidents, fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the rental period.
• You are responsible for ensuring all legal documents and requirements (such as insurance and permits) are met.

5. Vehicle Usage Restrictions

Vehicles may not be used for:

• Transporting prohibited or hazardous materials
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
